- How do I report a bug?
- Email contact@baranlabs.com with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot or screen recording. Include your device model and OS version — on iOS, Settings › General › About; on Android, Settings › About phone. We respond within one business day.
- How do I cancel or refund a subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; to request a refund visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; refund requests go through support.google.com/googleplay. We're happy to walk you through either — write to support if you get stuck.
- Will my data be deleted if I uninstall an app?
- App data stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the app. Account data, if any, is governed by the privacy policy of each individual product and can be deleted on request — email contact@baranlabs.com.
- Do you offer enterprise or volume licensing?
- Not at this time. Baran Labs is focused on consumer apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
